Sally rushes around, making last-minute touches for the launch party. She\u2019s dressed in a lovely fifties-style dress, hair done to the nines.<\/p>\n
Billy is calm, cool, and collected. He kisses her and props her up, telling her she\u2019s going to be the newest star of the media world.<\/p>\n

Spoilers, Casting & News Newman Ranch<\/p>\n Michael tells Victor that Jabot\u2019s assets were moved somewhere, and the company seems to be on life support.<\/p>\n Victor thinks Jack is preparing for the AI attack. It reeks of desperation, and Jabot will probably never recover. He\u2019s going to use Jack\u2019s defensive moves against him!<\/p>\n Michael asks how Victor will strike against Jack if he can\u2019t attack Jabot.<\/p>\n Victor says he doesn\u2019t give a damn about Jabot. He\u2019s going to take Jack down for good. He picks up his phone and makes a call.<\/p>\n Weekly Recaps Crimson Lights<\/p>\n Cane and Phyllis kiss each other passionately, until Cane suddenly stops. He tells Phyllis that they could have been friends, but now she\u2019s his enemy; she played him, lied to him, and screwed him over. He shakes his head and leaves the cafe.<\/p>\n Phyllis leaves the patio and heads inside, where she runs into Daniel and Tessa. She says that she was just leaving\u2026 She has some place to be.<\/p>\n Daniel smirks. More like she\u2019s hunting someone down!<\/p>\n Phyllis says she\u2019s going to the Abbott Communications launch party\u2026 They should come with her!<\/p>\n Daniel tells her she shouldn\u2019t crash the party.<\/p>\n Phyllis laughs. She was invited to the party!<\/p>\n Daniel doesn\u2019t believe her. He reminds his mom that the last time she finagled her way an invitation to a soiree she had no business being at, someone died.<\/p>\n Phyllis laughs and says nobody will die this time. She wants him to come with her as a plus-one.<\/p>\n Daniel thinks she\u2019s just going to the party to cause problems, but he decides to go with her to make sure she behaves. He\u2019s not going alone, though\u2026 He needs a wing-person! He asks Tessa if she\u2019ll come with them.<\/p>\n Phyllis doesn\u2019t think it\u2019s a good idea for Tessa to come along. She\u2019s only got a plus-one invite, not a plus-two!<\/p>\n Daniel grins. He\u2019s got his own invite with a plus-one. He thinks Tessa would have a good time.<\/p>\n Tessa says she doesn\u2019t have any fifties outfit, but she knows the costume is optional. She agrees to come.<\/p>\n Phyllis isn\u2019t too happy, but she swallows her pride and smiles.<\/p>\n Miss an episode? The GCAC Dining Room<\/p>\n Cane shows up and meets Lily at the bar.<\/p>\n Lily looks him up and down and says he\u2019s not dressed in fifties garb. He should go over to Fenmore\u2019s!<\/p>\n Cane agrees. He leaves, bumping into Devon and Abby as he\u2019s on his way out.<\/p>\n Devon and Abby wonder why Cane told Lily he\u2019d be back.<\/p>\n Nate wanders over and asks if Cane is accompanying her to the launch party.<\/p>\n Abby and Devon aren\u2019t happy about it. They hope she\u2019s not reconciling with her ex!<\/p>\n Lily says it\u2019s not a date, and it\u2019s not a big deal! He\u2019s the father of her children, after all.<\/p>\n Victoria walks over, dressed in a poodle skirt.<\/p>\n Lily gives Nate a pointed look. \u201cSo I see Victoria is your date!\u201d<\/p>\n Victoria grins and says it\u2019s hardly a date\u2026 She thought it\u2019d be less awkward if she showed up alone. She supports Billy as the father of her children.<\/p>\n Nate says he and Victor came to an understanding over Thanksgiving, and it\u2019s nice to rekindle a friendship with someone who means so much to him. He smiles at Victoria.<\/p>\n Devon hopes it\u2019s a friendly gathering for everyone tonight.<\/p>\n Cane makes his way back. He hopes his look is retro enough. He asks Victoria if Victor will be coming to the party. He\u2019s looking forward to congratulating him at beating him at his own game!<\/p>\n Victoria laughs and says her dad won\u2019t be there.<\/p>\n Adam and Chelsea arrive. Adam\u2019s phone rings, it\u2019s Victor, who tells him that he needs to come back to the ranch immediately and have Chelsea represent Newman Media at the launch party. Victor stresses the urgency of Adam returning to the ranch. Adam ends the call and tells Chelsea that he has to get back to the ranch. They kiss, and he leaves the dining room, where he runs into Kyle, Diane, and Jack.<\/p>\n Kyle asks Adam if the competition is scaring him away.<\/p>\n Adam says the business world doesn\u2019t stop for a party. There are always wars to wage! He leaves the club.<\/p>\n Diane thinks Adam is scrambling to cover the launch of a rival media company.<\/p>\n Jack hopes that\u2019s all there is to it.<\/p>\n The Jazz Lounge<\/p>\n Sally asks Billy why Phyllis is on the guest list. She\u2019s worried that Phyllis will cause drama.<\/p>\n Billy says he felt bad for Phyllis, and he wanted to rub her face in the massive success that Abbott Communications will be. He reassures her that all eyes will be on her.<\/p>\n Sally wants Billy to promise that they\u2019re in this together\u2026 He needs to be open and honest. Communication is vital!<\/p>\n Billy says he believes in her and will support her completely.<\/p>\n Sally knows they can deal with any obstacle that tries to stop their success. They head upstairs and invite everyone down to start the party.<\/p>\n Billy and Sally come back down, and the photographer catches photos of everyone entering.<\/p>\n The party is in full swing, and Jack and Diane congratulate Sally and Billy before leaving to mingle.<\/p>\n Cane and Lily walk down, and Billy asks what Cane is doing there.<\/p>\n Lily says Cane is her guest; is there a problem with that?<\/p>\n Billy says he does have a problem with that. Cane screwed up their last launch. He\u2019d appreciate it if Cane just left.<\/p>\n Cane apologizes for it. He wishes them the best.<\/p>\n Sally says that Abbott Communications came out victorious, so he should just stay. She walks away with Billy and tells him that it won\u2019t impact their launch. If anything, Cane will just \u201cmarinate in envy\u201d about how well their launch went off!<\/p>\n Diane can\u2019t believe that Cane is there\u2026 It looks like he\u2019s Lily\u2019s date!<\/p>\n Devon doesn\u2019t understand why Lily is wasting her time with Cane.<\/p>\n Abby thinks Cane is working hard to prove himself to Lily.<\/p>\n Devon promises he won\u2019t let Cane hurt Lily again.<\/p>\n Abby says that no matter how he feels about it, Cane and Lily will always be linked by their children.<\/p>\n Lily tells Cane not to look now, but Jack and Diane are giving them the evil eye. He looks, and she laughs. \u201cDon\u2019t look!\u201d<\/p>\n Cane hopes Lily is seeing that he\u2019s changing.<\/p>\n Lily says that penny loafers and white socks aren\u2019t a sign of change. How is the change going?<\/p>\n Cane says it\u2019s not easy, but it\u2019s easier with Lily around.<\/p>\n Phyllis, Daniel, and Tessa walk down into the lounge. Phyllis tells them that she knew the party would be fun. She glares over at Cane and Lily laughing at the bar before she heads down and walks by them.<\/p>\n Lily smiles at Phyllis. \u201cGood evening.\u201d<\/p>\n Phyllis smirks. \u201cI didn\u2019t notice.\u201d She walks over to the other end of the bar and stares them down.<\/p>\n Tessa admires Lily\u2019s fascinator before heading over to join Daniel and Phyllis.<\/p>\n Lily grimaces. \u201cThat was awkward.\u201d She says Cane wasn\u2019t lying when he said things were over between him and Phyllis.<\/p>\n Cane agrees. Things are very much over.<\/p>\n Kyle wanders over and asks Victoria why Claire isn\u2019t at the party.<\/p>\n Victoria says Claire is with Katie right now.<\/p>\n Billy makes an announcement and officially welcomes everyone to the launch of Abbott Communications. He says there\u2019s a new player in the media world now and he introduces \u201cthe driving force behind Abbott Communications.\u201d He introduces Sally.<\/p>\n Sally smiles as she stands up and makes a speech. She\u2019s excited to launch the company. Tonight, they\u2019re making their dreams a reality!<\/p>\n The crowd applauds.<\/p>\n Newman Ranch<\/p>\n Adam arrives at the house and asks what Victor called him there for.<\/p>\n Michael tells him that Jabot has closed down, and they can\u2019t attack it with the AI.<\/p>\n Victor nods. And he\u2019s going to use Jack\u2019s defensive moves against him!<\/p>\n Michael and Adam try to convince Victor that he doesn\u2019t need to attack Jack anymore\u2026 Jabot will have problems coming back from the shutdown; the world will think that the company is incredibly unstable after this move!<\/p>\n Victor says they need to exploit that. Public perception is everything! He wants Adam to air a hit piece with the news of Jabot\u2019s shutdown while Jack is at the launch party for Abbott Communications. What could be more fitting?<\/p>\n Michael advises him he should take some time and think it through. Once the news hits social media, it\u2019ll spread like wildfire!<\/p>\n Victor says that\u2019s the point. He wants Jack\u2019s reputation destroyed! This is the type of hesitation and squeamishness that made him part ways with Michael before. Victor slams his hand on the table. It\u2019s happening no matter what Michael says! He asks Adam for an update.<\/p>\n Adam finishes his call. \u201cIt\u2019s a go.\u201d<\/p>\n The Jazz Lounge<\/p>\n Sally continues her speech. People\u2019s phones start pinging with notifications, and people look around as their phones buzz.<\/p>\n Jack looks at his phone. \u201cWhat the hell?\u201d<\/p>\n People are starting to be concerned, and Sally finishes her speech. She sees Billy looking at his phone and asks what\u2019s happened.<\/p>\n Billy says it\u2019s nothing\u2026 It has nothing to do with Abbott Communications!<\/p>\n Victoria asks Chelsea if she knew this was coming\u2026 She runs Newman Media with Adam!<\/p>\n Chelsea says she was left out of the loop. She would never have approved this attack on Jabot, suggesting that it\u2019s shutting down!<\/p>\n Victoria nods. This is definitely her father\u2019s work!<\/p>\n Nate, Abby, and Devon discuss the breaking news.<\/p>\n Devon figures that Victor is behind it.<\/p>\n Phyllis approaches Jack and asks what\u2019s happening with Jabot\u2026 Is it going down?<\/p>\n Jack curses under his breath.<\/p>\n Newman Ranch<\/p>\n Victor proposes a toast with Michael and Adam. \u201cTo Jack Abbott, the architect of his own downfall!\u201d<\/p>\n \ud83d\udcac Join the conversation!
