Glass, tell TMZ the fat-shaming claims were a major part of the sexual harassment lawsuit brought by Arianna Davis, Noelle Rodriguez, and Crystal Williams, but they insist it always lacked merit.<\/p>\n<p>                  <a class=\"js-click-image js-track-link image-lightbox-preview\" data-node-ref=\"tmz:image-asset:image_jpg_20230823_81f008e0a8524672bc43b3eff5b12132\" data-container-ref=\"tmz:article:3ba8ea5b-fb7a-4e51-ba5c-b27bdfd80549\" data-context=\"{&quot;section&quot;:&quot;permalink&quot;,&quot;name&quot;:&quot;image&quot;}\"><\/p>\n<p>                          <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/81f008e0a8524672bc43b3eff5b12132_md.jpg\" alt=\"lizzo dancers tmz 1\" width=\"728\" height=\"546\" class=\"img-fluid image-block__img-fluid img-aspect-auto\"\/><\/p>\n<p>                                  <\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to Lizzo&#8217;s attorneys, the allegations were refuted by 18 witnesses in sworn declarations submitted to the court.<\/p>\n<p>They say the Superior Court judge concluded Davis was fired because she made &#8220;an unauthorized recording of Lizzo in a dancer meeting and sent it to Williams, who was no longer working on The Special Tour&#8221; &#8230; and now the dancers dropped their appeal of the dismissal of the fat-shaming claims.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"continued\" class=\"continued-anchor\"\/><\/p>\n<p>                  <a class=\"js-click-image js-track-link image-lightbox-preview\" data-node-ref=\"tmz:image-asset:image_png_20230823_972b1b3cbc3446a29ba56026a8b00b5b\" data-container-ref=\"tmz:article:3ba8ea5b-fb7a-4e51-ba5c-b27bdfd80549\" data-context=\"{&quot;section&quot;:&quot;permalink&quot;,&quot;name&quot;:&quot;image&quot;}\"><\/p>\n<p>                          <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/972b1b3cbc3446a29ba56026a8b00b5b_md.png\" alt=\"LIzzo ex dancers\" width=\"728\" height=\"546\" class=\"img-fluid image-block__img-fluid img-aspect-auto\"\/><\/p>\n<p>                                  <\/a><\/p>\n<p>The fat-shaming claims are just one of many that they brought against the artist.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll recall &#8230; back in 2023, Arianna, Noelle and Crystal claimed Lizzo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2023\/08\/02\/lizzo-amsterdam-banana-sex-show-sexual-harassment-lawsuit-backup-dancers\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">subjected them<\/a> to nude entertainment shows in Amsterdam and Paris on tour, which they said they were clearly uncomfortable with.<\/p>\n<p>In the docs, the women say Lizzo pressured dancers to interact with sex performers at Bananenbar in Amsterdam, where patrons are known to eat bananas out of the performers&#8217; vaginas. Lizzo denies the claims.<\/p>\n<p>                  <a class=\"js-click-image js-track-link image-lightbox-preview\" data-node-ref=\"tmz:image-asset:image_png_20230823_dd1c2546925043ec81cb9cbaa9f39bdf\" data-container-ref=\"tmz:article:3ba8ea5b-fb7a-4e51-ba5c-b27bdfd80549\" data-context=\"{&quot;section&quot;:&quot;permalink&quot;,&quot;name&quot;:&quot;image&quot;}\"><\/p>\n<p>                          <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/dd1c2546925043ec81cb9cbaa9f39bdf_md.png\" alt=\"LIzzo ex dancers using 2.\" width=\"728\" height=\"546\" class=\"img-fluid image-block__img-fluid img-aspect-auto\"\/><\/p>\n<p>                                  <\/a><\/p>\n<p>While the more serious claims are still being disputed in court, Lizzo&#8217;s team says they remain &#8220;confident she will prevail in the case.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>But the dancers&#8217; attorney, Ronald Zambrano, told TMZ, &#8220;We are maintaining that Judge Epstein was correct in his ruling denying Lizzo&#8217;s special motion to strike the vast majority of claims they attacked, including false imprisonment and harassment. Of the couple of claims Judge Epstein did dismiss, the plaintiffs have taken a considered approach to leave that be.
