Heineken Silver has opened Club Silver, a contemporary open-air lawn bar at the Parnell Lawn Tennis Club in Auckland, running from early December through late January.<\/p>\n

The pop-up brings \u201ca modern spin to the country-club aesthetic: long lazy afternoons, striped parasols, polished greens, secret DJ sets, rotating food partners and a calendar of cultural takeovers,\u201d said a release.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1872, just eight years after Heineken was first brewed in Amsterdam, the Parnell Lawn Tennis Club is one of the oldest lawn tennis clubs in the world. Club Silver marks the first time in decades the club has opened its courts to the public.<\/p>\n

Located between Auckland Domain and the city skyline, Club Silver is designed as a relaxed summer destination for visitors to enjoy outdoor gatherings before heading into the city\u2019s nightlife.<\/p>\n
