Targeting these areas can support a better posture and improve overall body health and strength.<\/p>\n<p>Simmons recommends the <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hawk.ly\/m\/fitbeast-pull-up-resistance-bands-set\/i\/fitandwell-onsite\" target=\"_blank\" data-url=\"https:\/\/hawk.ly\/m\/fitbeast-pull-up-resistance-bands-set\/i\/fitandwell-onsite\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"inline-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Fit Beast<\/a> resistance band, which he says is durable and consistent in tension.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cResistance bands change difficulty by altering tension through the movement,\u201d he says. \u201cBands also challenge stability and control because the resistance pulls you off-line, which makes your muscles have to work harder to stay in position.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Simmons explains that you can make a move easier by using a band that offers less resistance, shortening the range, or standing closer to the anchor point. Bent-over row<\/p>\n<p id=\"6fd75e57-d329-434c-82e4-69e262243324\">Sets: 1-3 Reps: 10-12 <\/p>\n<p>Fold the band in half and place it on the floor, then stand on it with your feet hip-width apart.Keeping your back straight throughout, hinge forward from your hips and push your butt back, keeping a slight bend in your knees, and reach down to take hold of the ends of the band.Pull the band toward your hips, sending your elbows behind you, keeping your spine stable.Return your hands to the starting position with control.<a id=\"elk-2-front-raise\" data-url=\"\" href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\"\/>2.
