\n Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr \u2013 well known for his support of gun restrictions<\/a> \u2013 spoke to reporters unprompted for more than three minutes on the topic Sunday before his team\u2019s road game against the Portland Trail Blazers.\n <\/p>\n \n \u201cWith what happened \u2026 at Brown, it\u2019s just a reminder to me that these shootings continue to happen, and there is something we can do about them.\n <\/p>\n \n Steve Kerr, Golden State Warriors head coach\n <\/p>\n \n \u201cThe loss that all of the people involved (Saturday) night, the loss that they\u2019re feeling, is exactly the same loss as all the Parkland families, and every other mass shooting,\u201d he said, referring to the 2018 Florida high school massacre<\/a>.\n <\/p>\n \n \u201cNobody asked me about it today. I didn\u2019t expect anybody to ask me. I doubt we\u2019re going do a moment of silence out there because it\u2019s human nature just to not want to deal with this stuff. And it\u2019s human nature just to think, \u2018This is so horrible.
