Social media influencer Ed Matthews livestreamed a recent chance meeting with Ringo Starr<\/a>, who he didn\u2019t recognise.<\/p>\n

The British YouTuber and Kick streamer was livestreaming from a lounge at Heathrow Airport when Ringo and his wife, Barbara Bach, walked in. Although he was wearing a mask, viewers spotted the Beatles<\/a> legend almost immediately.<\/p>\n

After asking Matthews whether or not he was \u201con the radio,\u201d Matthews asked him where he was from, to which the drummer replied, \u201cI\u2019m from Liverpool\u201d. He later quipped that they \u201cmust be brothers\u201d when social media personality Matthews said he had just come from Manchester.<\/p>\n

Starr\u2019s wife Bach noticed Matthews seemed under the weather and asked him if he was feeling ill. After Matthews confirmed he was, Starr and his team left the room. With Ringo gone, Matthews told his livestream chat \u2013 who had consistently tried to tell him the man was \u201cBeatle Ringo\u201d \u2013 that he still didn\u2019t know who the man was.<\/p>\n

\u201cHis wife looked pretty classy, so he must be pretty high-value,\u201d he said. \u201cBeatle Ringo? Who is that? Who the fuck is Beatle Ringo?\u2026 Is he on one of them statues from Liverpool?\u201d
He then looked up some Beatles history, which was handy, given they were later sat next to each other on their flight.<\/p>\n

Harrison Dickinson and Paul Mescal will play Lennon and McCartney respectively<\/a>, while Joseph Quinn is taking on the role of\u00a0George Harrison<\/a>.\u00a0The respective partners have also been cast<\/a>, with Mia McKenna-Bruce (How\u00a0To\u00a0Have Sex<\/a>) set to play Ringo\u2019s wife Maureen Starkey.<\/p>\n

In July,\u00a0it was reported that Ringo had met Mendes and asked him to change parts of the scripts of the films<\/a>, offering \u201cextensive notes\u201d,\u00a0saying the original screenplay \u201chad nothing to do with Maureen and I\u201d.<\/p>\n
