This AI emotional companion that looks remarkably similar to the Star Trek alien is debuting at <a href=\"https:\/\/mashable.com\/category\/ces\" target=\"_blank\" data-ga-click=\"1\" data-ga-label=\"$text\" data-ga-item=\"text-link\" data-ga-module=\"content_body\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CES 2026<\/a>. The Fuzozo recognizes its owner and responds when the owner talks to it. It purrs when you pet it, moves closer to you when you&#8217;re sitting on the couch, and waits for you by the door when you&#8217;re gone. <a href=\"https:\/\/airmore.ai\/ai-review\/fuzozo-review\" target=\"_blank\" data-ga-click=\"1\" data-ga-label=\"$text\" data-ga-item=\"text-link\" data-ga-module=\"content_body\" title=\"(opens in a new window)\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">One review of the previous model<\/a> says it &#8220;feels alive.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>    <a class=\"text-gray-600\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/tuyasmart\/status\/2000507904932118671\" title=\"(Opens in a new tab) (opens in a new window)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><br \/>\n        This Tweet is currently unavailable. It might be loading or has been removed.<br \/>\n    <\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/timothypapandreou\/2025\/01\/15\/2025-agentic--physical-aia-multi-trillion-dollar-economy-emerges\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-ga-click=\"1\" data-ga-label=\"$text\" data-ga-item=\"text-link\" data-ga-module=\"content_body\" title=\"(opens in a new window)\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">According to Forbes<\/a>, agentic and physical AI, like the Fuzozo, is a potential multi-trillion-dollar industry, so it&#8217;s no surprise that the emotional companion is going to be a highly anticipated drop at the upcoming CES. Oftentimes, AI companions are stuck in a users&#8217; home, because without WiFi, they&#8217;re effectively useless. <\/p>\n<p>\n            Mashable Light Speed\n        <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;True companionship should follow you everywhere,&#8221; reads <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/the-new-fuzozo-will-debut-at-ces-2026-as-tuya-partners-with-robopoet-to-build-the-next-generation-ai-emotional-companion-302642017.html\" target=\"_blank\" data-ga-click=\"1\" data-ga-label=\"$text\" data-ga-item=\"text-link\" data-ga-module=\"content_body\" title=\"(opens in a new window)\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">a press release from Tuya Smart<\/a>, which launched the companion along with Robopoet. &#8220;The golden era of AI companions will arrive when they become as always connected and mobile as your smartphone.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Fuzozo isn&#8217;t the only, or first, AI companion to pull from mobile connections. The much-disputed AI companion and wearable called &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/mashable.com\/article\/friend-the-ai-companion-beyond-parody\" target=\"_blank\" data-ga-click=\"1\" data-ga-label=\"$text\" data-ga-item=\"text-link\" data-ga-module=\"content_body\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Friend<\/a>&#8221; also works off of an internet connection via your phone&#8217;s WiFi or cellular data to function.
