\n\t Back in 2021, veteran NFL quarterback Russell Wilson and his wife, Grammy-winning singer Ciara, doled out $14.5 million for a property in the affluent community of Rancho Santa Fe<\/a>, about 25 miles north of downtown San Diego<\/a>. Now, after a four-year stay, the couple has decided to toss the residence back on the market with a $40 million jump in price, asking a dash under $55 million.<\/p>\n

\n\tIf the place goes for anywhere near the current listing price, it will easily rank as San Diego County\u2019s most expensive home ever sold, surpassing the nearly $50 million transfer in October of an oceanfront compound<\/a> in nearby Del Mar that was originally on the market for $75 million.
