Overtake.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a new lexicon to learn as F1&#8217;s regulations get a reboot for 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Navigating the world of F1 can be overwhelming, with new phrases, terms, and acronyms popping up all the time. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.astonmartinf1.com\/en-GB\/news\/feature\/the-road-to-2026-f1s-new-era-and-regulations-explained\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The biggest regulation change in the sport&#8217;s history<\/a> has thrown up some more \u2013 but what do they mean, and why do they matter?<\/p>\n<p>These are the words and terms to know to stay ahead.
