Actress Alyssa Milano took to Instagram this morning to share her \u201cannual birthday selfie<\/a>\u201d on the dawn of her 53rd year. <\/p>\n The image appears to have been taken shortly after Milano woke up. In the photo, she is clad in a floral cotton pajama shirt, with her hair lightly tousled as if she has just opened her eyes to greet the day. <\/p>\n The former child star began acting at age 8. Her career-defining role came in 1984 at age 10, when she was cast as Tony Danza\u2019s daughter on the hit sitcom \u201cWho\u2019s the Boss?\u201d \u00a9Viacom\/Courtesy Everett Collect<\/p>\n She later found success on the supernatural show, \u201cCharmed,\u201d which aired from 1998-2006. \u00a9Viacom\/Courtesy Everett Collection<\/p>\n \u201cNo filter.
