themselves out ahead of this coming weekend as a wintry wallop continues.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-article-body__text text-pr-5\">Environment and Climate Change Canada says another Alberta Clipper is expected to dump upwards of 15 centimetres of snow across the southern parts of Saskatchewan and Manitoba.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-article-body__text text-pr-5\">The weather office says strong westerly wind gusts of up to 70 kilometres per hour are also expected.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-article-body__text mv-16 l-inset text-pb-8\" data-sophi-feature=\"interstitial\"><a dangerous winter roads in Canada, according to crash data<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"c-article-body__text text-pr-5\">Schools in many areas of southern Manitoba are closed for a second day in a row due to blowing snow and poor road conditions. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-article-body__text text-pr-5\">Environment Canada says travel is likely to be hazardous because of near-zero visibility, and road closures in affected areas may be a possibility. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-article-body__text text-pr-5\">Winter storm warnings have also been issued across north-central Ontario and into Quebec, where meteorologists
