If I stick to the same workout or exercises for too long, then boredom sets in and I become less inclined to train at all.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s especially the case with core workouts, because most of them tend to involve the same handful of exercises like sit-ups, planks and leg raises. So I\u2019m always on the lookout for new core exercises to try, and when the sprinter bridge just popped on my Instagram feed, I had to give it a try.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"elk-seasonal\" data-url=\"\" href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\"\/><\/p>\n<p id=\"a2d85454-d5e7-4dbf-ada1-30e4bc0d759e-2\">It\u2019s a recommendation from personal trainer <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/kylek.fit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/kylek.fit\/\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"inline-link\">Kyle Knapp<\/a>, who highlights the variation of the move done on an exercise ball in particular.
