in a trailer that caught fire in North Surrey on Sunday night.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1765485674_689_70c8fc80.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"position:absolute;width:1px;height:1px\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Surrey police said that they were called at approximately 9 p.m. by <a href=\"https:\/\/globalnews.ca\/tag\/surrey-fire\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Surrey Fire<\/a> Services to the fire in the 12200 block of 102 Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>That is where they found an RV that was engulfed in flames.<\/p>\n<p>Neighbour Sukhwinder Saroya told Global News that his son rushed over with a garden hose to try to fight the flames, while he tried to get the people out.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"170\" height=\"225\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1765813388_386_national.jpg\" but still, no one responding in there,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>A nearby home was evacuated, police said, and the occupants were unharmed.<\/p>\n<p>Story continues below advertisement<\/p>\n<p>The two people were found dead inside the trailer.<\/p>\n<p>Police are working on verifying identities and notifying the family.<\/p>\n<p>A resident from the evacuated home told Global News that he had warned forwarded by witnesses and people associated to the property,\u201d Ian MacDonald with the Surrey Police Service said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe fire investigator and the police investigator will explore all of those as possible causes, but obviously go by the evidence they find.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The cause of the fire remains under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information about this incident should
