The Los Angeles Dodgers<\/a> are still fresh off of their second straight World Series win. Despite facing a tough test from the Toronto Blue Jays<\/a>, Dave Roberts and company were able to get the win and head into the offseason happy.<\/p>\n

While the pure joy from winning a championship remains, the Dodgers are focused on winning a third straight.<\/p>\n

In order to make that goal become a reality, Los Angeles will need to make moves. The team can always improve and the front office is undoubtedly working to find ways to do just that.<\/p>\n

That being said, a dynamic trade target has been suggested for the Dodgers.<\/p>\n

Garrett Kerman of ClutchPoints has suggested a trade<\/a> for Los Angeles that would see the Dodgers acquire Jazz Chisholm from the New York Yankees<\/a>. In his suggested trade, L.A. would send Hyeseong Kim, Zyhir Hope, and Jackson Ferris to the Yankees for Chisholm.<\/p>\n

Rumors have started picking up about Chisholm potentially being available on the trade market after comments made by Brian Cashman<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Chisholm is coming off of a 2025 MLB season that saw him\u00a0play 130 games for New York. He hit 31 home runs to go along with 80 RBI, while also producing a slash line of .242\/.332\/.481.<\/p>\n

At 27 years old, Chisholm could be a long-term building block for a team. If the Dodgers were to acquire him, he would instantly bring more offensive firepower to Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Whether or not the Dodgers will actually pursue a trade with the Yankees for Chisholm remains to be seen. However, it’s a very intriguing idea that could make a lot of sense if New York is actually open to the idea of dealing him.<\/p>\n
