The deal could be announced early next year, the people said.<\/p>\n<p>Kingdom Holding Company, Prince Alwaleed\u2019s investment vehicle, has been in talks with Saudi\u2019s Public Investment Fund for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2025-09-02\/saudi-prince-alwaleed-in-talks-with-pif-to-acquire-al-hilal-fc\" class=\"styles_linkEmbed__SNmaX\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">several months<\/a>.
