{"id":368391,"date":"2025-12-25T17:26:07","date_gmt":"2025-12-25T17:26:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/368391\/"},"modified":"2025-12-25T17:26:07","modified_gmt":"2025-12-25T17:26:07","slug":"friends-and-the-middle-actor-dies-at-60","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/368391\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;Friends&#8217; and &#8216;The Middle&#8217; actor dies at 60"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Pat Finn, an American actor and comedian featured on TV shows like Friends, Seinfeld and The Middle has died at the age of 60.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">His family posted a statement to Instagram, sharing that he passed from cancer on Dec. 22.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cPat never met a stranger \u2013 only friends he didn\u2019t know yet,\u201d the statement read, going on to say that it would be \u201chard-pressed to find anyone anywhere who has an unkind word to say about him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Originally from Wilmette, Ill., Finn came from an improv comedy background, performing at Second City in Chicago, as well as its touring company. His many television credits include Murphy Brown, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Seinfeld and Friends, where he played the role of Dr. Roger.
