Jake Paul<\/a>‘s legal team are ‘actively’ hunting down critics who claim his devastating knockout loss to Anthony Joshua<\/a> was fixed, according to the boxer’s promoter.<\/p>\n

The YouTube-turned-boxer suffered a brutal defeat in Miami last Friday when British heavyweight Joshua sent him crashing to the canvas in the sixth round.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Despite Paul leaving the ring with a jaw broken in two places and blood gushing from his mouth, internet skeptics have claimed the fight followed a pre-written script.<\/p>\n

Now, Paul’s business partner and MVP co-founder Nakisa Bidarian has confirmed that lawyers are already moving against the doubters.<\/p>\n

‘Our lawyers are actively going after a number of people,’ Bidarian told Uncrowned’s ‘The Ariel Helwani Show’ on Monday.<\/p>\n

‘One who claims to be a lawyer himself online… basically, this post said there was an agreement for ‘AJ’ not to knock out Jake.’<\/p>\n

The post in question reportedly suggested that Joshua ‘disregarded the agreement’ and chose to ‘mitigate his payday’ just to finish Paul.<\/p>\n

Bidarian slammed the allegations as ‘pretty astonishing’ and ‘beyond mind-blowing.’<\/p>\n

‘There’s never once in Jake Paul’s career been any talk of that sort of [thing],’ he insisted.<\/p>\n

‘Anthony Joshua was on record saying that if he didn’t finish him in the first round, that would be disappointing, that would be a failure.’<\/p>\n

Matchroom boss Eddie Hearn has also stepped in to blast the ‘fix’ claims, insisting there was ‘absolutely no way ever’ that the bout was scripted.<\/p>\n

Hearn, who promotes Joshua, argued that if AJ’s earlier right hands had landed, they would have done the ‘same job on Jake’s jaw.’<\/p>\n

‘We’re not actors here, you know? It was 100% real,’ Hearn said on The Ariel Helwani Show.<\/p>\n

The promoter pointed to Paul’s horrific injuries as proof, noting that the YouTuber suffered a jaw broken in two places and lost multiple teeth.<\/p>\n

Paul is believed to have earned around $92m from the fight, despite his bad injury from it<\/p>\n

Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn is adamant the Jake Paul-Anthony Joshua fight wasn’t ‘fixed’<\/p>\n

‘There have been many fighters that have had their jaws broken that have never boxed again,’ Hearn warned.<\/p>\n

Earlier this year, outspoken broadcaster Piers Morgan was forced into a humiliating U-turn after describing Paul’s career as ‘boring, staged bulls***’.<\/p>\n

Morgan issued a lengthy apology to his 8.9million followers after Paul retained power-lawyer Alex Spiro, who is known for representing Elon Musk.<\/p>\n

The media personality admitted he ‘did not intend to suggest the outcome was predetermined’ and even invited Paul onto his show to discuss the matter.<\/p>\n

Paul, 28, remains in recovery after undergoing surgery to have two titanium plates inserted into his jaw.<\/p>\n

The loss at the Kaseya Center was only the second of his career, having previously been defeated by Tommy Fury, and his first time being stopped.<\/p>\n

For Joshua, 36, the victory marks a much-needed resurgence following his shock loss to Daniel Dubois last year.<\/p>\n

The British heavyweight is now reportedly eyeing a 2026 mega-fight with Tyson Fury.<\/p>\n
