TikTok<\/a> channel: \u201cThe challenge is over and it\u2019s time to find out if I hit my target of attending every F1 race this season for \u00a320,000.\u201d<\/p>\nBurgess revealed that he stayed in Dubai between the final two races of the season in Qatar and Abu Dhabi and spent just \u00a31,610 on travel, accommodation, Grand Prix tickets and food during the trip.<\/p>\n
That took his total spend across the season to \u00a320,487. But the motor racing enthusiast was delighted with the final figure as he exclaimed: \u201cAll joking aside, I\u2019m actually really pleased with that final number.<\/p>\n
\u201cI did buy some more expensive things throughout the year where I could have gone cheaper – for example I had some Grandstand tickets when I could have gone for general admission, and I stayed at some nicer hotels where I could have stayed at some cheaper hotels.<\/p>\n
\u201cI was still thinking I was going to hit \u00a320,000 and I have gone slightly over. Because it\u2019s just under \u00a320,500, if we\u2019re rounding to the nearest \u00a31,000, I\u2019ve done it for \u00a320,000.\u201d<\/p>\n
Burgess will soon turn his attention to the 2026 F1 season after being handed two free season passes to once again attend every Grand Prix throughout the campaign.<\/p>\n
The sports fan was given the tickets after partnering with F1 sponsors Heineken.<\/p>\n
And revealing the big news, he told his followers on social media: \u201cHeineken have made the world\u2019s first F1 season ticket and they are giving it to me for the 2026 season. It still doesn\u2019t feel real saying that. It\u2019s made out of carbon fibre so is literally the F1 car of tickets.\u201d<\/p>\n
