The former Bachelorette star, 35, and Rodgers, 37, shared the exciting news on Instagram<\/a> on Thursday, Dec. 23. Their baby girl was born on the day before Christmas Eve after Fletcher visited her doctor for their weekly sonogram. However, they learned she needed an emergency cesarean section that same day.<\/p>\n “Merry Christmas to us \ud83e\udd79\u2764\ufe0f What a whirlwind these last couple of days have been but in the most magical way,” Fletcher wrote, alongside a picture of Rodgers sleeping on a couch next to Romy. “Went in for our weekly sonogram this past Tuesday and found out we needed to deliver via emergency c section that day.”<\/p>\n “At 5:37pm on Dec 23 – we met our girl,” Fletcher continued. “Romy Blair Rodgers you are our whole world. So when we finally got the news, it truly was the greatest blessing.\u201d<\/p>\n Rodgers, the younger brother of Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and Fletcher got engaged during the Bachelorette finale in 2016.
