The iPhone Fold, on the other hand, has a design akin to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notebookcheck.net\/Google-Pixel-Fold-review-Foldable-smartphone-with-decent-camera.740806.0.html\" target=\"_self\" class=\"internal-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">original Google Pixel Fold<\/a> with round edges.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The original Oppo Find N\u2019s wider and shorter design had its merits. It was super compact when folded and, when unfolded, opened in a landscape orientation, which many prefer over the portrait orientation popularized by the Galaxy Z Fold series. So, we are excited to see Apple do something different than Samsung and prioritize a Passport-style form factor.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">That said, the Samsung Wide Fold and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notebookcheck.net\/Leaker-shares-new-Apple-iPhone-Fold-details-with-Touch-ID-instead-of-Face-ID-rumoured.1186211.0.html\" target=\"_self\" class=\"internal-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">iPhone Fold<\/a> are expected to be available in the second half of 2026. There is still a lot of time for both Samsung and Apple to change their plans.
