Players demand fair pay as WNBA hits record highs<\/p>\n

The WNBA broke records in 2025 \u2014 but players say their pay hasn\u2019t caught up. Inside the fight for fair salaries and a stronger future for the league.<\/p>\n

Caitlin Clark<\/a> stars in a new Nike basketball commercial, featuring cameos from Jason and Travis Kelce<\/a>, rapper Travis Scott and comedian Michael Che.<\/p>\n

Nike debuted Clark’s logo on Aug. 25<\/a> and in 2026 the Indiana Fever star should join A’Ja Wilson and Sabrina Ionescu as the only active WNBA players with signature shoes.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo me, this is more than just a logo, it\u2019s a dream come true,\u201d Clark said at the time. \u201cPeople always talk about leaving your mark on the game \u2014 and this is another way I can do that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Clark was an All-Star in her second WNBA season, but played only 13 games due to injury.<\/p>\n
