A second actor has accused Tyler Perry of sexual assault. In a new lawsuit obtained by The Hollywood Reporter<\/a>, Mario Rodriguez claims Perry subjected him to unwanted sexual advances over several years, including an incident in 2018 when he \u201ctightly hugged\u201d him and \u201cgrabbed his penis.\u201d This comes after actor Derek Dixon<\/a> sued Perry for $260 million<\/a>, claiming sexual assault and harassment.<\/p>\n According to Rodriguez\u2019s lawsuit, Perry approached him through a trainer at Equinox, asking him to audition for a role in Boo! A Madea Halloween. \u201cYou know Mario, I\u2019m not a bad person to know and have in your corner,\u201d Perry allegedly said.<\/p>\n After accepting the part, Rodriguez says Perry invited him to his LA home. They had drinks and watched a movie, during which Perry allegedly \u201cput his hands on Mr. Rodiguez\u2019s legs and began rubbing his inner thigh right next to his penis.\u201d<\/p>\n Another incident took place in 2018, per the complaint, after a dinner at Mastro\u2019s Steakhouse. On the way back to Perry\u2019s home, the director allegedly \u201creached into Mr. Rodriguez\u2019s underwear and grabbed his penis.\u201d After Rodriguez got away, Perry reportedly apologized and gave the actor $5000.<\/p>\n Alex Spiro, a lawyer for Perry, denied the allegations. \u201cHaving recently failed in another matter against Mr. Perry, the very same lawyer has now made yet another demand from more than a decade ago which will also be a failed money grab,\u201d\u00a0Spiro said in a statement. Rodriguez is represented by Jonathan Delshad, who also represents Dixon.
