The pair seemingly grew close during filming, and have even joked about feeling like a married couple<\/a>.<\/p>\n Well, one person who apparently isn\u2019t loving the camaraderie and coziness of their press tour is Sutton Foster. Sources claim she is extremely jealous over the newfound friendship, reports Radar Online<\/a>.<\/p>\n Kate has been in a relationship with musician Danny Fujikawa for nearly a decade, and the pair have a daughter together. Sutton and Hugh are thought to have begun dating in the fall of 2024, following Hugh\u2019s split from Deborra-Lee Furness.<\/p>\n Kate and Hugh are starring in Song Sung Blue, which follows a pair of musicians who fall in love over their passion for Neil Diamond. Kate clearly enjoyed working with the Wolverine star. Writing on Instagram<\/a> in December 2024, she called him her \u201cwork hubby,\u201d adding: The pair\u2019s close bond isn\u2019t the only thing that may be making Sutton green-eyed. The insider told RO: \u201cThe first thing people may wonder when they see Song Sung Blue is, \u2018Hey, why isn\u2019t Sutton Foster in this movie with Hugh?\u2019 She\u2019s the right age, she has the right look, and, unlike Kate Hudson, she\u2019s actually an accomplished singer. But the vision for this project required that Hugh star opposite someone who is equally famous, and that disqualified Sutton.\u201d Ouch.<\/p>\n While it\u2019s pretty clear that Hugh and Kate are just good pals, the current press tour could put a strain on Hugh\u2019s relationship<\/a>, according to the insider.
