Early in the show, Clark was asked about her forthcoming Nike signature shoe, which will make her one of only six active WNBA players with that distinction.<\/p>\n<p>Clark told the Kelces that Nike first approached her during her senior year at Iowa, and that all of Nike, Adidas and Under Armour offered her a shoe deal.<\/p>\n<p>Even though Nike&#8217;s process took longer &#8212; Clark said it took around 18 months for her to pick out what she wanted from her first shoe &#8212; the partnership represents the fulfillment of a lifelong dream.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Everybody knows Nike makes the best product, it just takes a little bit longer,&#8221; Clark said. &#8220;I grew up wanting to be a Nike athlete, every kid does.
