There are some brands’ products I’m always excited to test. Why? Because I know that whatever I’m reviewing will be good (there’s nothing more annoying than starting to review something and then it turns out to be junk) but it’ll bring something new to the table. \u00a0<\/p>\n

One such company is Rolling Square, a company that’s been making cables<\/a>, travel adapters<\/a>, and finder tags<\/a>\u00a0of high quality. For the past few weeks, I’ve been testing the new AirCard Pro Dual finder card<\/a>. It’s the same length and width as a credit card, and only 0.09 inch\/2.2 mm thin (about the thickness of two or three bank cards), making it perfect for slipping into a wallet, purse, or bag.\u00a0<\/p>\n

What’s more, whether you run an iPhone or Android, this card has you covered because it is fully compatible with both Apple’s Find My and Google’s Find Hub networks. \u00a0<\/p>\n

But there are a few special tweaks that Rolling Square have done to its tracker tag to set it head and shoulders above the rest. \u00a0<\/p>\n

First, it’s durable.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Constructed using a CNC machined-anodised aluminum frame, sandwiched in G10 epoxy fiberglass resin, this card is tough, which you need it to be because it’s home to a rechargeable cell that doesn’t like being bent and abused. Rolling Square also says the card is “anti-explosion,” which is something that I welcome in a device that’s going to be in a wallet or purse and get flexed and bent in use.<\/p>\n

All in all, the card is very robust, and water and dust resistant.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Regarding the battery, the card is powered by a 220mAh cell that’s good for 12 months and can be topped up using a wireless charger, a process that takes about 90 minutes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The large, 20mm buzzer on the card is also one of the loudest I’ve come across, perfect for finding your wallet if it’s buried under a pile of laundry or under the sofa cushions. I keep saying that finder tags need louder buzzers, and Rolling Square has delivered. Plus, to help you find the card in low light conditions, some glow-in-the-dark inserts have been added, which is a great touch. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The card also acts as an RFID blocker for the other cards in your wallet. While I feel that RFID attacks are vastly overblown, it’s a handy bit of extra security.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Also:\u00a0I’ve tested dozens of cheap multitools, and these are the few that I still use today<\/a><\/p>\n

On the card is a QR code that can be linked to a Rolling Square sherr.it<\/a> account. Setting up an account is free and there’s no subscription. This allows you to share information like social media, so that when someone finds your stuff, they can scan the code and get in touch with you — and hopefully, get reunited with your lost item.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A neat touch, on top of a bunch of other neat touches, making this a winning card.\u00a0<\/p>\n

ZDNET’s buying advice<\/p>\n

I’ve tested a lot of wallet finders over the past year, and this is, without doubt, the best of the best. It’s tougher than the others, the buzzer is super loud, the little glow-in-the-dark inserts are useful, and the tag has excellent battery life.\u00a0<\/p>\n
