Taking on a challenge is exactly what his fellow British heavyweight, Daniel Dubois<\/a>, did recently, as he faced Oleksandr Usyk<\/a> for the second time, this time for the undisputed heavyweight crown.<\/p>\n Dubois was stopped in five rounds, and has been heavily criticized since, with multiple fighters claiming Dubois quit for the third time in his career.<\/p>\n Whyte, who scolded Derek Chisora<\/a> in the same interview, had only kind words for Dubois in his interview with Seconds Out, <\/p>\n \u201cHe had, not a bad performance, he did alright, but he just got clocked, it\u2019s heavyweight boxing. People should be glad that a young man has fought the guys he\u2019s fought, done what he\u2019s done, take the fights with Usyk, hasn\u2019t been scared, hasn\u2019t been hiding and running and he\u2019s fought good guys and lost, come back and still fought good guys.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s done amazing for anyone, much less someone who\u2019s got added challenges.\u201d<\/p>\n Dave Allen, Derek Chisora, and Tony Bellew have all accused Dubois of quitting<\/a>.<\/p>\n Whyte is currently preparing for a tough fight of his own against Moses Itauma, and has shocked fans as he appears trimmer ahead of their fight.<\/p>\n Whyte\u2019s weight loss has shocked fans<\/a>, as \u2018The Bodysnatcher\u2019 is expected to come in a great deal lighter than his career heaviest fight against Mariusz Wach, in which he weighed in at a whopping 271 pounds.<\/p>\n Dillian Whyte has been written off by big names ahead of Moses Itauma fight<\/p>\n It seems that despite his years of experience, Whyte is a huge underdog going into the fight with Moses Itauma<\/a>, who continues to impress with brutal swift knockout victories.<\/p>\n After the fight was announced, many fighters and trainers had their say on the matter.<\/p>\n Whyte\u2019s former foe, Dave Allen, thinks Itauma is all wrong for Whyte<\/a>, whilst Lawrence Okolie thinks Itauma will beat Whyte<\/a> in quick fashion.<\/p>\n Even Whyte\u2019s former coach, Mark Tibbs, suggests Itauma will be too much for Whyte<\/a>.<\/p>\n![\"Dillian](\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/GettyImages-1192530109-1024x665.jpg\")
