Five months on from his first-round stoppage loss to Moses Itauma<\/a>, Dillian Whyte<\/a> has opened up on his opinion of the highly rated youngster, whom many are picking to be the \u2018future of the heavyweight division\u2019.<\/p>\n

Itauma has halted his last ten opponents inside of two rounds, with his latest victim being two-time world title challenger Whyte, who lasted less than two minutes when tasked with his fellow Brit in Riyadh<\/a>.<\/p>\n

However, speaking to iFL TV<\/a>, Whyte surprisingly revealed that he expected the 21-year-old to be faster and more explosive, admitting that difficulties in camp played a part in his defeat.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe is quick, [but] he\u2019s not as fast as what I thought he was. He\u2019s not as quick or as explosive as I thought he was [going to be].\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI got away, a little bit, from the game plan because we had to make some last-minute adjustments in camp because a few things happened and this and the other. So, I got away from that and then I got caught.\u201d<\/p>\n

At 37-years-old, following a disappointing first-round defeat, some fans are now beginning to call for Whyte to hang up the gloves, but the Brixton-born \u2018Body Snatcher\u2019 went on to reveal plans to face the likes of Deontay Wilder<\/a> and Andy Ruiz Jr before he walks away from the sport.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s a couple guys left from my generation that I haven\u2019t fought. Wilder is one of them, Wilder and Andy Ruiz, those kind of guys. I would love to fight those kind of guys, then I would have fought everyone from my generation.\u201d<\/p>\n
