The second season of TGL rolls on with a matchup of epic proportions.<\/p>\n
Atlanta Drive GC, the defending SoFi Cup champions who are already 1-0 this season, are back in action against The Bay Golf Club.<\/p>\n
It marks the season debut for The Bay, while Atlanta won its opener thanks to Billy Horschel nailing a thrilling final-hole eagle putt (the second-longest in TGL history) against New York Golf Club.<\/p>\n
Atlanta and The Bay had a rocking back-and-forth match up in the first season of TGL and The Bay would love nothing more than to extract a little revenge after getting bumped from the TGL playoffs by Atlanta last season.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Atlanta and The Bay met twice in Season 1. The Bay handed Atlanta its only regular-season defeat, winning 6-5, but Atlanta got revenge in the playoffs, winning 9-3 en route to the SoFi Cup final.<\/p>\n
\u2022 The Bay couldn\u2019t have had a better start to Season 1 and it’s hoping for more in now. In its opener last season, The Bay hit the fairway, green and made the first birdie in TGL history before racing to a 9-2 win against New York.<\/p>\n
\u2022 For Atlanta, Chris Gotterup returns as a fill-in with Justin Thomas and Lucas Glover still out with injury. Cantlay makes his season debut.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Watch for Atlanta’s success to continue to come via the hammer. In Season 1, the team led TGL with points from hammers, while four of its six points in Match 1 against New York came from hammer throws.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Shane Lowry had four top-10s on the PGA Tour in 2025 with two of them runner-up results. Ludvig Aberg had six top-10s including a win at The Genesis Invitational, a signature event, while both Lowry and Aberg were part of the winning European Ryder Cup team.<\/p>\n
\u2022 The Bay was a tidy ball-striking squad last season, sitting first in driving accuracy and greens in regulation, and second in driving distance.<\/p>\n

Match begins: 5 p.m. ET on Sportsnet and Sportsnet+<\/p>\n
All matches will be played at SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., with the capacity for 1,500 fans in seating that\u2019s wrapped around the playing area \u2014 creating a \u2018greenside\u2019 experience.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Triples \u2013 nine holes \u2013 three players per team competing in an alternate-shot format.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Singles \u2013 six holes \u2013 one-on-one, head-to-head competition for the entire hole. Each player from each team plays a total of two full holes during the session.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Overtime \u2013 if the match is tied after 15 holes, the teams will play a best-of-three, closest-to-the-pin competition to decide the winner, with the hole location and orientation of the green remaining unchanged from the final\/15th hole of the match.<\/p>\n
\u2022 The shot distance in OT will be between 25-50 yards and decided pre-match by the match official. All players will play from the same spot. The ball must finish on the putting surface to be eligible.<\/p>\n
For each match, teams can be awarded up to two points towards their regular-season total based on the following:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Win in regulation = 2 points<\/p>\n
\u2022 Win in overtime = 2 points<\/p>\n
\u2022 Loss in overtime = 1 point<\/p>\n
