Rocklin, CA \u2013 The Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM) proudly celebrates the achievements of its 2025 Certified Retail Manager (CRM) Program graduates, the largest class in the program\u2019s history, with 38 individuals completing the curriculum. This milestone reflects the growing commitment among golf retailers to continued education and professional growth as they strive to elevate their operations and enhance the member and guest experience.<\/p>\n

These accomplished graduates have successfully completed the industry-renowned CRM Program, equipping themselves with practical tools and proven strategies to excel in golf retail management.<\/p>\n

The Certified Retail Manager Program is designed for buyers, merchandisers, and golf professionals seeking to strengthen their business acumen and leadership in golf retail. Ideal candidates include:<\/p>\n

PGA Members receive PGA Education PDR credits for completion of each course within the CRM Program. Each class earns 2 PGA Education PDRs.<\/p>\n

\nExplore the fundamentals of golf shop operations\u2014from buying strategies to inventory turn optimization.

\nDiscover best practices to avoid buying pitfalls, leverage proven models, and implement innovative approaches.<\/p>\n

Live online sessions offer flexibility for busy professionals including evening sessions, with additional instructor support and drop-in study sessions held throughout the year.<\/p>\n

The AGM remains dedicated to supporting the golf retail community by fostering professional growth, connection, and innovation.
