Matt Kalil is suing his ex-wife, Haley Baylee, for her viral comments on his penis size<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The influencer claimed that the former NFL pro\u2019s large penis size was \u201cthe biggest factor\u201d in their 2022 divorce during an appearance on Twitch in November 2025.<\/p>\n

In Kalil\u2019s lawsuit filed Tuesday and obtained by TMZ<\/a>, he claimed Baylee\u2019s \u201cdegrading and deeply personal comments\u201d subjected him to \u201cunwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public.\u201d <\/p>\n

He also claimed his family members have been negatively affected, as well as his wife, Keilani Asmus. According to the docs, Kalil claimed his new wife received \u201cdisturbing\u201d and \u201calarming\u201d messages as a result of Baylee\u2019s comments.<\/p>\n

Kalil called Baylee\u2019s comments that his large penis size ended their marriage \u201cdegrading and deeply personal.\u201d FilmMagic<\/p>\n

Kalil, 36, is suing Baylee, 33, for invasion of privacy as well as unjust enrichment, TMZ reported, claiming she\u2019s benefitted financially and received a surge in traffic as a result of the comments.<\/p>\n

The former professional athlete is suing for damages, with the amount exceeding over $75,000.<\/p>\n

In a statement to Page Six, Baylee said Kalil\u2019s lawsuit is a shock.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe truth is in the original livestream \u2014 which is still live on Marlon\u2019s YouTube account,\u201d the statement reads. \u201cI speak highly of him in multiple ways throughout that conversation.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI am genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt upon receiving the news of this filing,\u201d she continued. \u201cLitigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal.\u201d<\/p>\n

Baylee described Kail\u2019s size as \u201clike .01 percent of the population\u201d during her shocking conversation with Twitch streamer Marlon Garcia.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I was going to try it all,\u201d she said. \u201cWe tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying \u2026 Looked up lipo-type s\u2013t \u2026 That\u2019s why it\u2019s kinda funny. It\u2019s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve tried, impossible unless you\u2019re going to be in tears,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n

The former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit\u00a0model first began dating Kalil after he was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 2012. They married in 2015 in a lavish ceremony in Hawaii, but she filed for divorce from him<\/a> citing \u201cirreconcilable differences\u201d in May 2022.<\/p>\n

After her comments went viral, Baylee told Page Six in a statement that she \u201ccares deeply\u201d about respecting her ex-husband\u2019s privacy <\/a>as well as \u201cthe integrity of what [they] shared together.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDuring our livestream, we talked about so much more than what\u2019s being highlighted \u2014 the love in our marriage, the growth we experienced, the depth of our connection,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s unfortunate that only one fragment is being amplified, because it doesn\u2019t capture the full story of how meaningful things were to me,\u201d she continued. \u201cI hope our hour-and-a-half-long conversation reflects more than a funny soundbite.\u201d<\/p>\n
