The good thing is now women can go into boxing gyms and feel comfortable, not like when I wasn\u2019t allowed in. When I first started boxing, I just saw a documentary and I was like, I really want to give that a go. But it was illegal in the UK. I couldn\u2019t even go to a boxing exercise class.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I did it mostly on my own at first. It made me feel like I\u2019d found my place. It has made a massive difference to my life. I went right to the top and won five world titles and was inducted into the Boxing Hall of Fame<\/a>. It took me all over the world and I met some incredible people along the way. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Just go and try it. Once you try it, you\u2019ll be hooked straight away.\u00a0<\/p>\n
