\n\tEjae, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami, the singing voices from KPop Demon Hunters<\/a>, stopped by Jimmy Kimmel<\/a> Live to perform \u201cGolden (Glowin\u2019 Version).\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tThe trio, accompanied by a group of string musicians, appeared on the late night-show\u2019s stage in a circle of candles. They showcased a reimagined version of \u201cGolden,\u201d the hit song from the Netflix<\/a> animated film, which dropped on streaming at midnight. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe trio performed<\/a> the original version of \u201cGolden\u201d at\u00a0Dick Clark\u2019s New Year\u2019s Rockin\u2019 Eve\u00a0in New York\u2019s Times Square on New Year\u2019s. In October, they brought the song<\/a> to The Tonight Show stage, marking their first live performance together. <\/p>\n

\n\tIn the film, Ejae, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami are the singing voices of fictional\u00a0K-pop girl group Huntr\/x, performing the roles of Rumi, Mira, and Zoey respectively. Arden Cho, May Hong, and Ji-young Yoo voice the characters\u2019 spoken lines. The movie follows the K-pop sensation as they moonlight as the mystical destroyers of an invisible demon realm and are soon faced with their biggest battle yet when rival band Saja Boys turn out to be demons intent on stealing Huntr\/x\u2019s fans.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cGolden,\u201d was a breakout hit<\/a>, topping\u00a0Billboard\u2019s\u00a0Hot 100 for 18 nonconsecutive weeks. It was also Number One on charts around the world. \n\t\u201cI feel like I experienced all facets of K-pop,\u201d Ejae told\u00a0Rolling Stone<\/a>\u00a0after \u201cGolden\u201d became a runaway hit. \u201cI was a trainee, I became a songwriter, I also vocal directed for K-pop idols.\u00a0So I really resonated with [the\u00a0KPop Demon Hunters\u00a0character] Rumi. She\u2019s such a perfectionist and trying to hide her shame, hide her flaws. And that\u2019s a huge part of when you\u2019re training.
