\u00a0\u201cThe Pitt\u201d star Noah Wyle was a real-life hero of sorts when he bandaged up a \u201cKPop Demon Hunters\u201d producer who injured themselves at the Critics Choice Awards on Sunday night<\/a>.<\/p>\n We hear that animation producer Michelle Wong was leaving the awards at Barker Hangar <\/a>in Santa Monica, Calif., when she allegedly, \u201cfell and was injured,\u201d a spy told Page Six.<\/p>\n The source added: \u201cGuess who bandaged her up? Noah Wylie!\u201d<\/p>\n Wylie and Wong posed for a pic after the accident snapped by a bystander. COURTESY<\/p>\n Wong \u2014 whose film won best animated feature and best song at the awards \u2014 was in her glamorous gown exiting the venue when, a spy said, \u201cshe tripped on dress\u2026 it was the back parking lot of Barker Hanger.\u201d<\/p>\n The insider told us, \u201cIt was dark,\u201d and Wong wound up with, \u201ctwo bloody gashes,\u201d for her spill.<\/p>\n When someone brought a first-aid kit out, Wylie jumped into action in his tux. Kevin Mazur\/Getty Images for Critics Choice Association<\/p>\n \u201cHe did say, \u2018I play a doctor on TV,’\u201d a spy told us as he applied a bandage to the beaming producer.<\/p>\n Video seen by Page Six showed Wylie applying a bandage to the power producer\u2019s arm and telling her, \u201cI hope you\u2019re OK.\u201d Wong added with a smile, \u201cI was falling out of the car!\u201d<\/p>\n They even posed for some pics taken by a bystander, and Wylie told Wong, \u201chold up your bloody elbow\u201d for the shots.<\/p>\n Michelle Wong\u2019s Netflix project was a winner at the Critics Choice Awards. He currently stars as Dr. Michael \u201cRobby\u201d Robinavitch on the HBO hit \u201cThe Pitt,\u201d which just launched its second season. He also, of course, played Dr. John Carter in the NBC medical drama \u201cER\u201d from 1994 till 2005.<\/p>\n
