Oh, to be held in the arms of a lover at a Coldplay concert. It sounds incredibly romantic, to feel their body next to yours as Chris Martin<\/a> is belting \u201cViva La Vida.\u201d That feeling can quickly dissipate, it turns out, especially if you are (allegedly) not supposed to be with said lover<\/a> and you get caught by the cameras. Oops.<\/p>\n Apparently, there is a section of Coldplay shows where some lucky concertgoers are shown on the jumbotron and Martin improvises a song or some commentary about them. During this segment at Wednesday night\u2019s concert in Boston, the camera found a middle-age man and woman looking very in love, his arms wrapped around her. Either they\u2019re having an affair, or they\u2019re just very shy.\u201d<\/p>\n Well, it turns out Martin might have guessed right. Internet sleuths were quick to track down the identity of the couple and how they know each other, and if you go deep enough on Reddit, I\u2019m sure someone\u2019s already published their Social Security numbers. According to the New York Post<\/a>,\u00a0the man is Andy Byron, CEO of data-infrastructure start-up Astronomer. The internet has determined that the woman appears to be Kristin Cabot, Astronomer\u2019s chief people officer (a.k.a. the head of HR). Based on headshots on the Astronomer website<\/a>, it does seem accurate.<\/p>\n According to Newsweek<\/a>, Byron\u2019s wife had her Facebook flooded with supportive messages after the video blew up (it currently has over 20 million views on TikTok<\/a> alone). The investigative journalists at Pop Base<\/a> shared that, in the 12 hours since this whole thing went down, she has apparently removed \u201cByron\u201d from her Facebook display name.<\/p>\n Sending my love and condolences to any jilted parties, of course, but you have to admit that a Coldplay concert is maybe the funniest place to get outed as a cheater. That is supposed to be a safe space for belting \u201cThe Scientist\u201d so off-key that it becomes experimental, not for carrying out extramarital affairs. Keep that to dimly lit bars and hotel rooms paid for in cash!
