The talented 26-year-old is currently 7-0 in his young UFC career and coming off a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmamania.com\/ufc-322-jack-della-vs-islam-makhachev-start-time-full-results-espn-mma\/403047\/watch-ufc-322-video-highlights-results-espn-ppv-new-york-morales-knockout-brady\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">first-round knockout<\/a> win over proven contender Sean Brady at UFC 322 this past November. There\u2019s been some discussion about Morales getting his first-ever UFC title shot his next time out, but things remain in limbo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Morales, who has amassed a perfect 19-0 record over eight years as a pro, is open to whatever the promotion throws his way. This could be a No. 1 contender\u2019s matchup against former UFC champion Jack Della Maddalena or even a clash with current 170-pound titleholder, Islam Makhachev. Morales is just looking to keep sharpening his skills.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">\u201cUFC told me about a possible fight against Jack [Della Maddalena] for March or April,\u201d Morales recently told <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/CCLegaspi\/status\/2009099000365134132?s=20\" rel=\"nofollow\">ESPN Deportes<\/a>. \u201cI think they also proposed a fight with Makhachev for January, and he didn\u2019t want to accept either.
