\n\tHamnet<\/a> took home best picture at the Movies for Grownups Awards<\/a> with AARP, the annual ceremony recognizing film and TV that celebrates the stories and voices of people over the age of 50.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe honors were handed out on Saturday at the Beverly Wilshire, with Alan Cumming once again serving as the evening\u2019s host. One Battle After Another<\/a> came into the show with a leading eight nominations<\/a> \u2014 and left with three wins \u2014 but Chlo\u00e9 Zhao\u2019s Shakespeare film<\/a> landed the top prize.<\/p>\n

\n\tLaura Dern (for Is This Thing On?), George Clooney (Jay Kelly), Regina Hall (One Battle After Another) and Delroy Lindo (Sinners) were also among the big winners, as Guillermo del Toro was crowned best director for Frankenstein and Noah Wyle and Kathy Bates snagged wins in the TV categories. The Movies For Grownups Awards will be broadcast by Great Performances on Sunday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m. on PBS.<\/p>\n
