Ronnie Radke has said Max Georgiev was fired from\u00a0Falling In Reverse<\/a> over sexual misconduct allegations, claims that Georgiev denies.<\/p>\n

Georgiev left the Las Vegas metalcore band in 2024, and last week,\u00a0frontman\u00a0Radke said in an Instagram post that the reason he was fired was because he allegedly confessed to having sex with an underage girl.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor those that are wondering why I fired the guitarist,\u201d Radke wrote (via\u00a0Lambgoat<\/a>), \u201cit\u2019s\u00a0because he admitted to sleeping with a minor ten years before he [was] in my band [when] he was 27 years old. Have fun with that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Georgiev, who\u00a0had joined\u00a0Falling\u00a0In\u00a0Reverse in 2018 and now plays with the metal band Vio-lence, responded in the days following Radke\u2019s post, denying the allegations. \u201cTo the fans, I have never done anything illegal with a minor,\u201d he said. \u201cFifteen years ago, when I was 23, I still lived in Quebec, Canada.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSince then, I have played for several bands who never mentioned inappropriate behavior on my part,\u201d he continued. \u201cI have always had\u00a0great respect\u00a0for the fans. I have strived to play my heart out for you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Radke\u2019s Instagram account appears to have been taken down since his original post, which he addressed in a livestream. \u201cMaybe me\u00a0talking about my old guitar player getting fired for finding out he was hooking up with minors, I think that AI\u00a0might\u2019ve\u00a0caught that and was like, \u2018You\u00a0gotta\u00a0go\u2019,\u201d he\u00a0speculated\u00a0as\u00a0a possible reason\u00a0for the account\u2019s suspension (via\u00a0Loudwire<\/a>).<\/p>\n

\u201cThis man not only did that, [but] the parents of the minor \u2013 10 years before he was in my band \u2013 found out, they confronted him, he lied about his age so he could continue doing that with her\u2026He\u00a0wasn\u2019t\u00a023, he was older.\u00a0He\u2019s\u00a0lying about that,\u201d Radke added.<\/p>\n

In a further post on Thursday (January 8), Georgiev stressed his rejection of\u00a0all of\u00a0Radke\u2019s allegations, describing them as \u201cdelusional\u201d. \u201cI met someone who turned eighteen a few months later while I occasionally dated her,\u201d he said. \u201cThis was fifteen years ago, when I was 23 in Quebec, Canada.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHer parents never confronted me because the girl only had a mother. I never lied to her or her daughter about anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

Georgiev went on to\u00a0speculate\u00a0that the reason for his departure from Falling\u00a0In\u00a0Reverse might in fact be because he \u201ctook the initiative to learn nine songs of another band\u201d,\u00a0which the post reveals was\u00a0Disturbed<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In other news,\u00a0Radke reportedly filed a temporary restraining order against Brittany Furlan recently<\/a>, alleging harassment regarding\u00a0the back-and-forth around a catfish scandal from last year<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He has continuously claimed that Furlan, the estranged wife of\u00a0M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce<\/a>\u2019s\u00a0Tommy Lee<\/a>, was\u00a0having an affair with someone who was pretending to be him online<\/a>, and the new filing requests that she be ordered to stay at least\u00a0100 yards\u00a0from him.\u00a0Representatives for Furlan say they are \u201caware\u201d of the filing,\u00a0maintaining\u00a0that the claims are \u201cnot accurate\u201d.<\/p>\n
