It\u2019ll also handle gravel just fine. An \u201call-rounder\u201d sounds easy, but it means it has to do everything well enough. That is not as easy as it sounds.<\/p>\n<p>But a helmet\u2019s just a helmet, right? Well, riders ask a lot from their helmets these days. It\u2019s not just protecting your noggin. A helmet has to be aero, but also keep you cool. It has to be light, but also integrate some sort of rotational impact mitigation system. It should also be comfortable, hold your glasses when you don\u2019t feel like wearing them, look good and, maybe, have some sort of mount for a light?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Lazer-Sphere-KinetiCore-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-134327\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Lazer-Sphere-KinetiCore-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Lazer Sphere KinetiCore<\/p>\n<p>Lazer aims to make the Sphere KinetiCore fast enough to race in but also comfortable enough, including proper ventilation, for more casually-paced, all day rides with friends. That means it uses a slim, streamlined profile while still incorporating large vents for airflow. Those vents also are sized to double as a secure docking area for eye wear. It\u2019s 280-gram weight (medium) is light enough for performance and comfort on long rides.<\/p>\n<p>For safety, Lazer integrates KinetiCore, a built-in rotational impact protection system that uses \u201cControlled Crumple Zones\u201d to redirect energy away from the head. This is lighter than some systems and does not compromise ventilation the way other systems can.<\/p>\n<p>Being seen is always the most important part of being safe on the road. Lazer includes a built-in LED port to attach Lazer\u2019s Universal LED for better visibility.<\/p>\n<p>Added comfort comes from Lazer\u2019s \u201cAdvanced TurnSys\u201d fit system. Polygiene Biostatic Stays Fresh fabric straps and padding keep the Sphere smelling fresh, too. The new helmet comes in three sizes, small, medium and large. There are nine colors (depending on your market).<\/p>\n<p>In Canada, the <a href=\"https:\/\/lazersport.ca\/collections\/road\/products\/spherekineticore?variant=51358088495236\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Lazer Sphere KinetiCore<\/a> is $220.00.
