<\/p>\nLiam Rosenior has only been in the Chelsea job for less than a week, but he\u2019s already got a healthy 5-1 win under his belt, and more importantly, he\u2019s saying all the right things.<\/p>\n
The new boss was asked about his \u201cidea of football\u201d, and basically dismissed that as unimportant compared to getting results, especially at this time of year.<\/p>\n

We\u2019d have to agree. While you want your manager to have a vision, you don\u2019t want them to be obsessed with that over the realities of the job.<\/p>\n
Rosenior not worried about his football philosophy just yet<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m [only] one game in,\u2019 the new boss said.<\/p>\n
\u201cSome of our passages of play were beautiful to watch. We\u2019ve got magnificent players. My idea of football is not important. It\u2019s about winning games of football consistently.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a good start. It\u2019s just the start and we have to stay consistent now in a very, very hectic schedule.\u201dTo that end, he will basically be picking teams for freshness and fitness as much as anything.<\/p>\n
On Wednesday night we will get our best idea of what his \u201cfirst XI\u201d is, but beyond that it\u2019s going to be a chaotic few weeks where he\u2019s just got to try and grind out results with whoever is fittest, with limited training time.<\/p>\n
