Tommy Fury<\/a> has shared his thoughts on former rival Jake Paul\u2019s recent performance against Anthony Joshua.<\/p>\n

Paul was stopped in the 6th round of his controversial heavyweight showdown with Joshua<\/a> at the Kaseya Center in Miami last month, suffering the 2nd defeat of his career in the process.<\/p>\n

Two-time world heavyweight champion \u2018AJ\u2019 floored Paul on multiple occasions before closing the show with a thunderous straight right hand, leaving the 28-year-old American requiring surgery on a double broken jaw.<\/p>\n

Fury became the first man to defeat \u2018The Problem Child\u2019 when they clashed at the Diriyah Arena in Saudi Arabia several years ago, defeating him via majority decision at the conclusion of their cruiserweight bout. <\/a><\/p>\n

Speaking to iFL TV<\/a>, Fury shared his thoughts on the controversial match-up between his former rival and Joshua, recognising that Paul did all he can to avoid engaging with the hard-hitting \u2018AJ\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cListen, it\u2019s all money isn\u2019t it? Money and s\u2013t and whatever like that. It\u2019s like me fighting Usyk or something like, it\u2019s just bollocks isn\u2019t it? You know, that\u2019s all it was. It\u2019s just grabbing people\u2019s attention, it sells and that\u2019s it. As a boxing term, you cant really look into it at all because one man just literally looked like he was on an athletics track running round and round and round, and AJ well he didn\u2019t even really break a sweat did he? So just a load of s\u2013t to be honest.\u201d<\/p>\n

Paul is expected to take some time away from the sport to recover from his injuries, although the 28-year-old from Ohio is expected to make a return to action before the end of the year.
