I notified the company of my autism after two write-ups.<\/p>\n

I was trying to explain that my \u201cattitude\u201d was not due to me not wanting to do my job.<\/p>\n

I was not being unprofessional.<\/p>\n

I explained to them that I had too many menial tasks.<\/p>\n

It was impossible to get everything perfect. Their response was a PIP.<\/p>\n

They wanted to have proper documentation to terminate me.<\/p>\n

Her former boss reached out to her to get her computer\u2019s passcode.<\/p>\n

The next day after my termination, my former boss texted me asking for the passcode to my work computer.<\/p>\n

I told her to call IT. She said it was IT\u2019s suggestion to ask me.<\/p>\n

She wanted to set an OOO message on my account.<\/p>\n

I told her to just deactivate my account.<\/p>\n

The clients would get the message.<\/p>\n

She got a text from her again, but she decided not to respond yet.<\/p>\n

A week later, today, she texted again.<\/p>\n

\u201cI hate to be a jerk, but I need your help.\u201d<\/p>\n

She has been waiting for my response.<\/p>\n
