{"id":414383,"date":"2026-01-17T02:19:07","date_gmt":"2026-01-17T02:19:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/414383\/"},"modified":"2026-01-17T02:19:07","modified_gmt":"2026-01-17T02:19:07","slug":"wba-orders-gadzhimagomedov-la-cruz-world-boxing-association","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/414383\/","title":{"rendered":"WBA Orders Gadzhimagomedov\u2013La Cruz \u2013 World Boxing Association"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The World Boxing Association (WBA) Championships Committee has ordered a mandatory bout between bridgerweight champion Muslim Gadzhimagomedov and interim titleholder Julio C\u00e9sar La Cruz.<\/p>\n<p>The negotiation period officially began on January 16, when formal notice was sent to both camps, and will run through February 15.<\/p>\n<p>Gadzhimagomedov last fulfilled a mandatory defense on October 17, 2024, and his next one was required to take place before July 16, 2025.
