Nicole Kidman<\/a> has moved on. Or at least, she\u2019s been trying to. The recently single actress spent the holidays in Australia with her daughters, far away from the spotlight of her separation from singer Keith Urban<\/a>. The two have resided in Nashville with their two daughters for most of the girls\u2019 lives. But will they be staying in the US now, or is a move to Australia imminent?<\/p>\n

The National Enquirer<\/a> is reporting that Kidman is considering moving to Australia with her two daughters, taking advantage of the fact that the custody agreement is very lopsided in her favor. Per\u00a0People<\/a>, their parenting agreement will see Sunday Rose<\/a>, 17, and Faith Margaret<\/a>, 15, spend 306 days a year with their mother and just 59 with their dad.<\/p>\n

\u201cNicole pretty much has full custody of the girls, so there\u2019s really nothing to stop her from packing up and moving wherever she wants with them,\u201d an insider said.<\/p>\n

And she might be coming home. \u201cSix months ago, her plan was to put down roots in Portugal,\u201d the source said. \u201cBut after her last trip home over the holidays, she\u2019s now saying Australia feels like a better choice for the girls and her. She\u2019s feeling quite unmoored these days and feels a big pull back home.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kidman\u2019s two daughters are reportedly really close to her side of the family, so they wouldn\u2019t be opposed. \u201cHer girls are both on board. More than anything they want her to be happy, but they love it in Australia as well,\u201d the insider said.<\/p>\n

Urban is, of course, reportedly not very pleased with the idea. \u201cHaving his kids so far away is going to be very tough,\u201d the source said. \u201cIt also won\u2019t be easy for him to accept Nicole moving across to the other side of the world, either. Either way, this is the worst-case scenario for him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Keith\u2019s been touring, filming \u2014 gone.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reportedly, his temperament is also a big part of why the girls would consider moving to Australia, with reports indicating Urban has a \u201cfiery temper\u201d unlike\u00a0Kidman<\/a>. \u201cThe girls have seen who held it all together,\u201d the source explained. \u201cThey feel safest with Nicole.\u201d And Kidman has been very focused on her family life since the split. \u201cShe\u2019s turning their home into a sanctuary,\u201d a family friend said. \u201cThere\u2019s yoga, journaling, family dinners \u2014 all about healing.\u201d<\/p>\n

People recently reported that the custody hasn\u2019t been an issue. \u201cTheir daughters live with Nicole, but spend as much time with Keith as they want,\u201d an insider shared. \u201cThere is no drama.\u201d<\/p>\n

Of course, that was before reports of Kidman moving to Australia started surfacing. If there\u2019s one thing that might add drama to the situation, it\u2019s the kids moving so far away from their dad. But then again, throughout all this reporting, one thing has remained consistent: this was Urban\u2019s decision.
