Future Champions Golf (FCG), one of the world\u2019s fastest-growing and most internationally diverse junior golf tours, is excited to announce the launch of the\u00a0FCG Japan Tournament Series, officially beginning January 2026 and running through May 2026. This new series expands FCG\u2019s global footprint and offers junior golfers across Japan a premier pathway into the top junior golf championships in the world.<\/p>\n
The\u00a02026 FCG Japan Tournament Series\u00a0will feature four\u00a0total events, with one event held each month from January through May. The season will culminate with the\u00a0FCG City Japan Championship, serving as both the Tour Championship and the signature event of the series\u2014continuing the tradition established in 2025.<\/p>\n
A major highlight of the new series is the introduction of the\u00a0FCG Japan Order of Merit, where players will accumulate points throughout all five events. At the conclusion of the FCG City Japan Championship, the top performers on the Order of Merit will earn qualification into the prestigious\u00a02026 FCG Callaway World Junior Golf Championship, one of the most globally recognized annual junior golf events. Last year, the championship welcomed over 850 players from more than 40 countries.<\/p>\n
The Japan Tournament Series is the start of FCG\u2019s commitment to not only Japanese players and players throughout Asia, but also to U.S. college coaches, giving them the opportunity to see these young golfers as they showcase their talent and skills.<\/p>\n
