LISA Hochstein filed an emergency motion to stop her ex Lenny, 59, from “leaving their kids under the care of his new girlfriend,” whose 25 years old.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal in new court documents that the Real Housewives<\/a> of Miami star submitted a scathing motion to the court in their contentious<\/a> and long-standing divorce proceedings.<\/p>\n

In her filing, Lisa explains to the court that both she and Lenny are traveling out of the country at the same time and that their childcare has fallen into jeopardy.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She says she is scheduled to travel for work and that the trip is “essential to her employment and income.”<\/p>\n

Lisa said that they had arranged for the children to stay in Lenny’s $52 million mansion<\/a> under the care of his mother with assistance from their full-time nanny, but that her ex had “abruptly reversed course and unilaterally removed (his mother) from the caregiving plan.”<\/p>\n

The Bravo<\/a> star said that Lenny, in an attempt to “accommodate a new 24 [sic] year old girlfriend (whom he met in person for the first time two weeks ago via Instagram),… to remain unsupervised with the children in the primary residence during both parents\u2019 absence.”<\/p>\n

Lisa then went on to say “The girlfriend is not a vetted caregiver. She is on a tourist visa, has no known legal status to provide childcare in Florida, and is a complete stranger to the children and their extended family.”<\/p>\n

Lisa is asking that Lenny be prohibited from allowing “any unvetted individual\u2014including the aforementioned foreign girlfriend\u2014from serving in a supervisory or residential role over the children.”<\/p>\n

She claimed that Lenny has been non-communicative himself or through his attorney about the matter and therefore is asking for an emergency hearing.<\/p>\n

Lenny hard launched the 25-year-old latest love, Alena Kovalenko, earlier this week when he announced to PageSix<\/a> he was in a new relationship with the Russian model.<\/p>\n

LENNY’S RELATIONSHIPS WHIRLWIND<\/p>\n

Lenny split from his fianc\u00e9e, Katharina Mazepa a few months ago, with PageSix<\/a> speaking to the model, who confirmed the news to them.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter a meaningful chapter together, I\u2019ve made the decision to respectfully end our engagement and return the ring,\u201d Mazepa said.<\/p>\n

The 29-year-old Austrian model told the outlet, \u201ca quiet realization that sometimes love transforms, and letting go with grace is the most dignified path forward.\u201d<\/p>\n

The plastic surgeon proposed to the model in December of last year, after they had first ended their engagement in August after he had initially popped the question in 2023.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Lisa claimed that Lenny had cheated on her with Katharina, but her ex has maintained his innocence.<\/p>\n

ONGOING STRUGGLE<\/p>\n

Lenny and the reality star were married for nearly 13 years before the doctor filed for divorce in May 2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Lisa has previously accused Lenny of being unfaithful<\/a> during their marriage, claiming he had an affair with Katharina \u2014allegations Lenny has publicly denied.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Lisa continues to discuss the bitter divorce on new episodes of Real Housewives of Miami, which airs every Wednesday on Bravo.<\/p>\n
