The following season, he made 14 defensive tackles, one sack and a fumble recovery over 16 games.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, during the Riders\u2019 Grey Cup-winning season, Korte-Moore managed a pair of defensive tackles, a fumble recovery and a special teams tackle before he was sidelined with a knee injury.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining the Riders, Korte-Moore spent four seasons at the University of British Columbia where he made 110 defensive tackles, including 23 for a loss, along with 10 sacks, a pair of interceptions, eight pass knockdowns and three forced fumbles over 34 games played.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe was a Canada West All-Star in 2022 after a breakout season, logging a collegiate career high 48 tackles, 12.5 tackles for loss and six sacks,\u201d the Roughriders said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKorte-Moore participated in the 2023 College Gridiron Showcase and posted the highest vertical jump among defensive linemen at the CFL Combine.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Defensive lineman Lake Korte-Moore will be staying with the Roughriders in 2026.
