A recent post from director Zack Snyder<\/a> has started widespread speculation that he may be planning a direct adaptation of Frank Miller\u2019s seminal graphic novel, The Dark Knight Returns<\/a>. This comes after fans spotted a copy of the book in a photo from his pottery studio.<\/p>\n

The speculation ignited when Snyder shared a photo from his personal studio on Instagram<\/a>. While the focus was on his pottery, eagle-eyed fans immediately zeroed in on a copy of The Dark Knight Returns visible in the background. Given Snyder\u2019s history with the material, the community interpreted this as a potential teaser.<\/p>\n

Comments flooded in, with fans writing, \u201cI\u2019d love to see Zack Snyder\u2019s The Dark Knight Returns,\u201d and \u201cInteresting placement of Frank Miller\u2019s Dark Knight Returns.\u201d The hashtag #MakeTheBatfleckMovie began circulating, pointing to hopes for a Ben Affleck-led project set in Snyder\u2019s established universe.<\/p>\n

Some focused on the supposed tease<\/a> itself, saying, \u201cGreat pottery!
