the United States.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/70c8fc80.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"position:absolute;width:1px;height:1px\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The company says it\u2019s now based in Miami Beach, Fla., while its jurisdiction of incorporation remains in\u00a0Ontario.<\/p>\n<p>GFL founder and chief executive Patrick Dovigi says the change broadens the company\u2019s eligibility for participation in U.S. equity indexes.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"170\" wider shareholder base,\u201d Dovigi said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>GFL provides solid waste management services in Canada and 18 U.S. states.<\/p>\n<p>The U.S. represents more than two-thirds of its incorporation in Canada, which means the company remains eligible to be added to indexes such as the TSX60.<\/p>\n<p>Story continues below advertisement<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRussell indexes are
