Giannetti testified that Sony had already invested \u201ca tremendous amount of money\u201d in the project, which she felt they \u201chad to finish \u2026 or it was unreleasable.\u201d<\/p>\n
Giannetti went on to say that she did not recall Lively telling her that Baldoni \u2014 who starred in and directed \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d \u2014 or Heath had done anything specific on the set that made her feel uncomfortable.<\/p>\n
After the movie\u2019s release, Giannetti sent Lively a text message praising her for her work.<\/p>\n
\u201cBlake, $50 million!! Your blood, sweat, tears, brilliant smarts, heart and soul in every single frame,\u201d Giannetti wrote. \u201cMy God, it\u2019s incredible. Thank you 50 million times. And it\u2019s only Saturday night.\u201d<\/p>\n
The deposition was unsealed on Tuesday before a\u00a0summary judgment hearing\u00a0in Lively\u2019s lawsuit against Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer Studios. GC Images<\/p>\n

During her testimony, Giannetti said her message referred only to the film\u2019s \u201cgigantic\u201d box office success.<\/p>\n
Lively\u2019s list of demands included banning improvised intimate scenes, discussions of pornography, sexual experiences or genitalia, and comments about her body, weight and personal life.<\/p>\n
Baldoni, 41, and Heath agreed to the demands; however, according to Lively, that\u2019s when they retaliated against her.<\/p>\n

Her December 2024 lawsuit alleges sexual harassment and retaliation, as she claims Baldoni and his Wayfarer team subsequently orchestrated a smear campaign against her to ruin her reputation.<\/p>\n
