One of the stars of Hamnet<\/a> has been tapped to star in Robert Eggers<\/a>\u2019 new Werwulf<\/a> movie.<\/p>\n

Werwulf is an upcoming period piece horror flick directed by Eggers, who is known for making 2015\u2019s The Witch, 2019\u2019s The Lighthouse, 2022\u2019s The Northman, and, most recently, 2024\u2019s Nosferatu. The film is scheduled to be released in United States theaters this December.<\/p>\n

Who has joined the cast of Robert Eggers\u2019 Werwulf movie?<\/p>\n

Per Deadline<\/a>, the cast of Werwulf now includes Bodhi Rae Breathnach<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Breathnach played Susanna, William Shakespeare and Agnes\u2019 older daughter, in Chlo\u00e9 Zhao\u2019s Hamnet movie. Before that, she starred in episodes of The Capture and So Awkward Academy, while she\u2019ll soon be seen starring alongside Jason Statham and Bill Nighy in the forthcoming action movie Shelter, which is being released at the end of this month.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Breathnach has been cast in the new Sense and Sensibility movie that also arrives later this year. That movie is directed by Georgia Oakley and will see Breathnach play Margaret Dashwood, while the cast also includes Daisy Edgar-Jones as Elinor Dashwood, Esm\u00e9 Creed-Miles as Marianne Dashwood, and Frank Dillane as John Willoughby, among others.<\/p>\n

Character details for Breathnach\u2019s part in Werwulf are being kept under wraps at this time, though it is described as a \u201csupporting role.\u201d The cast of the movie also includes Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Lily-Rose Depp, Willem Dafoe, and Ralph Ineson, all of whom have worked with Eggers before.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe werewolf tale, which began filming in the UK last fall, is set in 13th-century England and sees a mysterious creature stalk the land as local folklore becomes a terrifying reality,\u201d a brief description of the plot reads.<\/p>\n
